Terms of Use for Creators - Specific Clauses

The Creator expressly approves, after having carefully read them, the contents of the following clauses that refer to the Terms of Use for Creators:

• 2.1 (exclusion of liability of the Provider in the case of inaccurate, incomplete, untruthful information relating to the bank account of the Creator);
• 2.2 (withdrawal of the Provider without notice in the event of incorrect personal data and/or data relating to the bank account; exclusion of liability);
• 3.4 (conditions and limits applicable to cash out);
• 4.2 (exclusive jurisdiction).
